Luau:

SHINE Luau will be on Thursday 6-9 PM. All Registered participants and guests will have a seat. A number of you said your spouse/partner/family will attend only Luau, which will cost $65 per adult and $32.50 for children 5-12 years of age. Children under 5 free. You need to get the tickets from the hotel concierge (ext. 74804). Organizers will NOT sell the Luau tickets for those who did not pay registration.

Posters:

You have 4'x4' space. Please mount the posters according to the group: Campaig events, WG1-3. Poster boards will be up Sunday evening. Pl put your poster up by Monday morning and tear them down on Thursday evening.

Meals:

Breakfast: Monday-Friday for all registered participants (for students: Sunday thru Friday). For accompanying guests who did not pay the registration fee: all meals on your own.

Lunch: Monday and Tuesday (for students: Sunday thru Tuesday)

Dinner: Thursday (Luau)
