2005 SHINE Logo Competition

It's hard to believe that SHINE will be turning 10 years old next year and we still don't have our own logo. Until now, we've been using NSF's generic logo (see http://nsf.gov, for example) on our documents, but it's time for us to claim our own. GEM has their own logo (http://www-ssc.igpp.ucla.edu/gem/Welcome.html) and so does CEDAR (see http://cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu). So, for the glory and some as yet to be determined prize, why not design an original logo for SHINE? You could use the image at http://shinegroup.org or the NSF image as a starting point.
